Registration
Falcon Embroidery requires that shoppers register with a
valid email address. A valid email address is required so that we can contact
you about the designs that you have purchased. A password that can be set by
shoppers is necessary to access the products that they have purchased, and to
use the unique and personal parts of the site, such as profile page, wish-list,
downloads and past purchases. Shoppers at Falcon Embroidery are
assured that their email address, name, and password are kept private and
secured and are not sold, exchanged, or traded with any third party. We will
share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are
described in this privacy policy. Your information shall be retained for as
long as your account is active. If you wish to cancel your account please

After registration, shoppers will receive a confirmation email with their email

Payment
Falcon Embroidery uses PayPal for processing payments. We do not store your card data on the servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as it is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Refund Policy For Digital Products
Falcon Embroidery hopes that you never have to cancel or refund any of the products. But in case you have to then, Team Falcon would be here to help you. The conditions in which you can return or refund your product are:

1. If you receive a damage/corupt files.
2. If you buy same designs twice.
3. If you get the wrong files.
4. If you contact us after 24 hours, you won't be eligible for refund.
7. The Refund will be done through either PayPal or our Store credits (as per your choice) within 7 business days of the request.

All shoppers can choose not to receive weekly updates by filling out the Contact Falcon Embroidery form at the Website, or by replying to one of the promotional emails and requesting to be removed from the mailing list.
Ordering
Falcon Embroidery uses a Cart form for shoppers to purchase products. Shoppers can pay for an order via PayPal, or using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card. The site collects the billing and financial information (credit card numbers and security codes). Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the shopper for the products requested. This information is used only for that purpose and is never shared with any other person or company. No PayPal/credit card information is stored in your profile or in any other area of the site rather than the data legally required by the credit card companies.
Payment Processing/Handling Fee
Our aim is to provide creative and high-quality patterns at low costs; we deduct a small 4% + $0.30 fee from your total shopping amount to cover our costs of processing or handling your orders, files, and accounts. As it would be unfair to charge this fee on every design; consequently the processing fee is deducted from the total shopping amount. Such charging of the processing fee will be unequivocally shown in your account or financial statement.
The Payment Processing/Handling Fee is charged on all payment methods available at our store and not only on PayPal. It is to be kept in mind, that the fee we charge is not the PayPal Processing Fee. Read PayPal Policy
